Return Policy

Claims or Returns In the unlikely event of a claim, only written claims will be accepted and must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Claims or returns will only be accepted where there is a fault in the product supplied. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection. A refund or replacement of stock will be issued at our discretion once the goods have been checked. You accept all risk of loss and damage to the goods, whether caused by you or not, following delivery of the goods. Warranty Claims: • Other than Remanufactured Cartridges & Electronic Chips, all products supplied by us carry a one (1) year 100% money back or replacement guarantee. • Remanufactured Cartridges & Electronic Chips carry only a six (6) month warranty period. • Our guarantee only applies to the claimed product being defective under correct installation procedures, proper storage and normal printing use. • Please note that the use of our cartridges will not void your printer warranty under current Australian Consumer Law.
